We're all looking and drooling (from a chasing perspective) at Monday, but let us not forget Tuesday. The moisture will likely only be shunted a little bit south on Monday, and so things look to be interesting in Texas then. The CAPE is about the same but the shear a little less, so a good/bad couplet here would be that the storms won't be moving as quickly but they may morph more easily into HP monsters.
Still, though, early in their lives storms on Tuesday (if they go up, which is again in question, if you believe the NAM precipitation, which gives a convective signal for Monday but not for Tuesday) could be very beautiful and photogenic. Well, they could be later on, too, but more in a menacing, let's-stay-away kind of way.
Here's a prog sounding for my tentative Tuesday target, Wichita Falls, TX:
And for the record, the GFS is also highlighting that Wednesday could be an interesting one north of Tulsa.

I think I'm more interested in the chance that it'll rain on Vancouver's parade tonight :)
